Shipping
Rates
The shopping cart will provide shipping rates from both USPS Express
Mail & FedEx. To view your shipping
charges simply add the items to the cart system. Entering
the first item into the cart, the system will ask you
the country of final destination. From the point
forward the rates we be updated as you continue to add
more items. Orders will ship within 24-48 pending credit
card approval and stock on hand
Insurance
All packages are insured. If a package is lost,
stolen or damaged during shipping, the Tennis Company
will replace the package. |

days), very reliable, real time tracking, customer
service world-wide, insured, problems solved within 72
hours, track package from our site or Fed Ex's.

Most Economical and the Most Reliable Express Service
The most economical express service, in most cases
is 30-70%
cheaper than FedEx, very reliable, delivery is the same
as FedEx economy, 4-6 days.
The only downside is the
time it takes to resolve a damaged or lost package.
US Postal Service will not declare the package lost until
45 days after a claim has been reported. Damage packages
will require the recipient to report the issue with their
local courier service. At this point it may be
required that the package be returned. This process
can take 4-6 weeks.
