Hassle-Free Returns Policy,
Free Return Shipping on Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return any unused
item for a prompt refund or exchange. Out return policy is
based on common sense. All we ask is the merchandise be returned
in the exact same condition when it left our store. We want
labels, tags and the manufacture packaging included with item
returned, all in brand new condition. Like you, the consumer
expects to received brand new merchandise. Restrictions
do apply, please read

- Returns & exchanges must
be made within 30 days of purchase of purchase.
- An RA (Return Authorization) is not required.
- The shipping method of your choice may be used, however an
insured/traceable service is recommended. We recommend you ship the
package either with UPS Ground, FedEx Ground or USPS
insured.
- Returns - The consumer will be responsible for the initial shipping charge
if an order that qualified for our free FedEx ground or US Priority
Mail promotion is returned.
- Exchanges - We will
send out any exchange at no charge shipping
- If we shipped the wrong item we will gladly ship another
right away at our expense. We will ship the
correct item using either US Priority Mail or FedEx Ground
Services at no charge. We will pay to have the incorrect
item return. We will include a US Priority Mail Pre-paid
shipping label in the package with the correct item. Use
the same box/package to return. Apply the new return
label on the package, insert the incorrect item, seal up the
package and give it to your postperson.
- Racquets that have been
play-tested and any products that have been worn, used, or
without original packaging (the clear plastic around the
handle must be intact) or showing signs of wear cannot
be returned or exchanged. We can not take back product which
do not meet the above criteria.
Product without packaging will be refused. IMPORTANT-Racquets
that have been strung and returned will incur the cost of
the string plus a $10 labor fee (even if the string job is
billed at no charge.)
- Racquet
specs publications can and do change from time to
time. Please confirm the manufacturer's web site to
confirm racquet specifications. Racquet specifications
are not exact and can typically carry 5% tolerance
range. We are not responsible for typo's or incorrect
specification errors.
- Shoe boxes
must be protected and not used as the shipping box!
- Shipping
charges are not refundable.
- We reserve
the right to refuse any return at our discretion.
Merchandise returned after 30 days is subject to store
credit.
Shoes & Racquets
- SHOES MUST BE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S BOX IN BRAND NEW CONDITION, AS IT WAS RECEIVED (NO TAPE OR SHIPPING LABELS APPLIED). If the shipping box is not available, please wrap the shoe box in brown paper or other wrapping material before shipping.
If a shoe box comes back with labels and tape all
over the box, we will apply $10 surcharge. Shoes must
be unused.

Team
Order
- The answer is
"yes" but there would be a restocking fee involved. All
Team Orders are special orders and would incur a restocking fee of
15% should you wish to return or exchange any items. Please
contact us before returning any items ordered for your Team.
Free
Shipping Promotion Restrictions
- The consumer will be responsible for the initial shipping charge
if an order that qualified for our free FedEx ground or US Priority
Mail promotion is returned. This also applies to orders
with particle returns that drops the final order value below the
$75 minimum. The returned order (or item) will be refunded minus
our flat rate shipping charge.
