The shopping cart will provide shipping rates from both
FedEx and USPS Express Mail. To view your shipping
charges simply add the items to the cart system. Entering
the first item into the cart, the system will ask you
the country of final destination. From the point
forward the rates we be updated as you continue to add
more items. Orders will ship within 24-48 pending credit
card approval and stock on hand
Insurance
All packages are insured. If a package is lost,
stolen or damaged during shipping, the Tennis Company
will replace the package.

information.

Verification
of Information?
Certain first time
international orders may require an easy and quick verification
procedure to insure we are working the authorized
cardholder. It's way to easy for someone to steal a credit
card number without your knowledge and attempt to use it without permission.
We scrutinize all international orders and depending on the order
amount, the country or suspicious active may require you to call
your bank. We will send an email message letting you know.
We will process your credit card
for a small portion of the original order amount (less than
$25). We will require you to call your bank and verify the
amount of the charge. That's it. provide the correct
answer and your order be processed in full and shipped
Will I need
to supply information for all future Orders?
No. This is an one time occurrence. Once you are an
established international customer, you will not need to supple
this information for future orders.
International
Duty and Taxes?
There are no U.S.
taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional
customs handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Because each country
is different, and these fees change often, we do not know these
fees. Your local post/customs office can give you this
information. Please confirm with your local courier
service in regards to all Custom fees, including Customs a
clearance fee, which helps cover the costs of additional
handling, administration, collection of monies and provision of
facilities for Customs clearance of packages.
Orders may be returned after receipt if there are
any problems. Please be aware of all related charges when
ordering.
Can you Refuse an
Order?
Once the order has
been you cannot refuse shipment. Once a package enters your country these
charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to
you or not. The Tennis Company cannot issue a credit if
you refuse to pay duty and taxes. Many country agencies
will destroy the contents of the package if taxes NOT are paid.
